
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Ta Facon LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Home Inspections and Mold Assessments:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Add-On Services:

Refunds for add-on services (e.g., radon tests, pool inspections) follow the same guidelines as general inspections.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method.
